Christmas In Beckyland, 2001

These are the decorations this year in Beckyland---well, most of them. There's also a Nativity scene of which I can't seem to get a decent picture. Enjoy the tour!

These ornaments are grouped on the wall above my piano. The grouping changes somewhat from year to year.

The Merry Christmas from my mother is in its place of honor on the utility closet door, which is across from my bedroom door. That means it's the first ornament I see when I get up, and that pleases me.

 The Noel train is a set of candleholders, but I  usually omit the candles. It is on the bookcase in  my living room, and a Santa rides on the platform.

Santa is very skinny in this depiction. This Santa was a gift from a cousin who has a collection of them, and he's on an end table by the sofa.

 Mother's quad cane, named Killer because he used to  attack me when she parked him too close to my chair. He  goes out with me in icy weather, and he gets an ornament
 for the holiday.

The tree picture is from last year, but the same tree is in the same spot this year. It is a never-lighted candle, and was a gift from a friend a lot of years ago. It's on the coffee table in front of my sofa.

Another shot from last year of something that's in the same place this year. This Noel bell pull was done by a friend, and graces the inside of my front door.
